Do you need spacers on front wheels to clear the lower collar like KWs?

we havent had any spacers installed because of fitment of new coilovers and havent seen any issue of the front wheels clearing the lower collar. if the customer has added spacers it was because of the wheel fitment according to offset.

on our previous M5 those are the Forgestar F14s in gunmetal, 20x9 and 20x10.5
