So this will cost $45 for me to do the install? Assuming 3 linear feet will be enough? C's Bimmer, How hard was it to remove all the panels and stuff on the LCI. I remember you made a post on the m5board about removing the ones on the doors, did you get that done?

Got $20? Go buy one at Home Depot or Lowes. Problem solved. I wouldn't use a hair dryer -- this is not like debadging.

no problem. please remember to take some pictures. This new material is actually WAY wider. It is 60" wide as opposed to the old stuff which is 52"

I'm having trouble removing some of the wood trim. Does anyone know how to remove the wood trim where the buttons for active/heated seating are at? I also can't seem to figure out how to remove the air conditioning vents from the dash wood trim. Any info would be much appreciated.

Here's a link of a picture to the first trim I was talking about. http://www.m5board.com/vbulletin/e60...m-removal.html

I've managed to remove the air vents from the trim on the dash and have that all wrapped, the only thing I can't figure out now is how to remove that center section. If anyone knows how to remove it please let me know.

John I may want to order another linear foot from you, I'm a perfectionist and might want to wrap the trim around the idrive knob again.
