hey, that is a very good question, now to think of it, its probably the whole Mtech kit thats no longer available, if you want to get it piece by piece its probably available....but that means the cost skyrockets...

I am also looking for an OEM MTech kit for a 2010 535i xDrive w/o PDC. Any idea where to purchase?

BMW no longer sells it as a kit, piecing it together will probably run around $2500 ish....

In general, yes, it comes as an entire kit.....for the Pre-LCI
I just cant account for every single nut and bolt in the picture you gave, but its assembled and packed in Germany
I know that the kit that I got for my Pre-LCI came in perfect with all i needed and a few extras too

Just the front bumper kit is going to cost as much as the whole kit, as its more expensive when pieced together....
I would recommend getting the whole kit

That's what I did. Just needed the fronts, buy the whole kit, sell the sides and rear parts. That way you can get OEM parts at an aftermarket price.
