Crap...sounds like you are using my bodyshop. BTW, I'm not getting anything other than the satisfaction of you spending your $$ money along with me.

The original post says the 35W kitt aqlso needs the "Error Code Canceling Device" however in this post you say they are not needed.
+1 to BP's comment.

Do the ballasts need to be mounted against the plastic inside the bumper? Or are they safe just dangling inside?

They DO NOT need canceling cables. You can mount against the plastic or leave them there. there is no danger since it's enclosed.

How do you mount it to the plastic? Does it come with high-temp adhesive?

Do you know what the wattage output is on our headlights? Which kit would be the best match to the headlight output, the 35W or 50W? I don't want the fog to outbling the headlight.

What size bulbs are high-beams on non-LCI's? Do you have HID kits for that size bulb and will run cooler than their halogen counterparts?

There are screws in the bumper that you can use to mount the ballast. The ballast has a metal clamp that goes around it. I personally just use zip ties as the entire bumper area is sealed and has no chance of falling out. No high-temp adhesive.

If you don't want to outbling your headlights go with the 35W.

On pre-LCI cars the high beams are H7. Never tried using an HID kit for that.
