For the 08, only the HID based kit we sell or Orion V2 will meet your needs.
The only issue is the HID based kit will not be plug and play and the Orion V2 requires cutting your headlights open.
If you are ok with that, we offer that service to cut them open for you.

Would the HID based kit you sell be the VXX? It says that it fits the E60. If not would the HID kit require me to splice anything or would that be plug and play? And what is the pricing on that?

Yes hid would require some basic splices only about 3-4 it is not difficult and you can remove it without any visible signs of install.
