Any pictures proving your claim that they are 30% brighter than the Mtech, or may I say Mtech V2 ?

umnitza 11-08-2010 06:33 AM

Mtech V2 - yes, brighter.
Mtech V2.1 - probably exactly the same for 50% of the price.

Mtech uses 3W LED, this unit uses 5W LED.

tetu 11-08-2010 08:55 AM

Will it fit e60 LCI?

umnitza 11-08-2010 08:57 AM

Yes that is one of the options.

Rather than making a single product for every single variation the options are all on one page.

tuffluck 11-08-2010 12:38 PM

so if you have PRE-LCI, will these make the angel eyes light up during the day and be visible?

also how easy to install and will it give any idrive error messages?

umnitza 11-08-2010 12:49 PM

No errors.
Install is very easy, just like all the other LED products.
They are Daytime visible.

And now, we have MORE photos:

http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._2108383_n.jpg
http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._2920236_n.jpg

yes, the little tools are FREE with the E90 kit.

tuffluck 11-08-2010 12:53 PM

so you buy the e90 kit even if you have an e60, or does the e60 kit differ and have no tools?

have any of these on a car with pics while they are on? do you recommend these over the orion v2 you also sell?

when you say daytime bright, like as bright as lci?

umnitza 11-08-2010 01:00 PM

LOL - sorry, I just confused you.
E90 kits come with those tools because you have to access the bumper area.

E60 kits are plug and play and don't need that much to do it.

We highly recommend the Orion V2, but it's for the person that can stomach cutting into their lights to install it.

All our photos are available here:
www.facebook.com/umnitza

The only product that is brighter than the new 2011 BMW, is the Orion V2.
the ICE "Lite" and ICE V3 are not as bright as the 2011 cars but they are not different than the factory for daytime visibility.

sardmd 11-08-2010 01:21 PM

so how do i get the price for $65?

tuffluck 11-08-2010 01:39 PM

perfect, thanks for the help. when you mention the ICE lite are no different than the factory for daytime visibility, are you saying that if i put these in my PRE-LCI car they will look as bright as the factory LCI setup?

do you recommend blue/red or just standard?

and yes, looks like they are $150 instead of $130 now, so do we still get it for $65 and how exactly?

Sorry for the delayed response. We had one customer buy 8 of them, and the first 20 are sold already:(

However, for facebook fans, we've extended a pretty decent price break on them:

No, if you have a pre-LCI, you will have light output as bright as stock during the day, brighter at night

do you recommend blue/red or just standard?
STANDARD - stay away from blue or red

and yes, looks like they are $150 instead of $130 now, so do we still get it for $65 and how exactly?

We've sold out at that price, we've extended the $71.25 price to Facebook fans still for another 20 units:
http://www.facebook.com/Umnitza?v=app_135607783795

umnitza 11-08-2010 02:32 PM

Or you can call it in.

tuffluck 11-08-2010 03:55 PM

thanks for the help.

so how do you get pre-lci output to be like lci output?

sorry i know that question is kind of running into another thread you and i were talking on. thanks again.

umnitza 11-08-2010 04:14 PM

You have to do Orion V2 - then you'll have much more. But you have to cut the lights open.

elyk 11-08-2010 10:01 PM

do these flicker during start up? do these work for pre-lci xenon headlights? so what is the going price now? $71.25?

umnitza 11-08-2010 10:04 PM

All led strobe at start up this is due to the car not the led product

The current price if you buy on Facebook is 71.25 but you have to be a fan to get that price.

Kaizen 11-08-2010 11:00 PM

anyone have pics of these installed? Why are they so cheap? Thinking of getting a pair as a backup.

umnitza 11-09-2010 09:07 AM

They aren't expensive because a lot of them and are DIRECT from the factory.
You'll find these are brighter than Mtec 2.1
This ICE Lite is on the left.

Yep. That's this one:

umnitza 11-11-2010 01:55 PM

Need to make a bit of an explanation.

We've had a problem with our site showing the price of $149.99 and then not allowing any type of Facebook discount.
So we made a FACEBOOK link (shown above) for you to buy directly from Facebook for $71.25 + shipping.

On the site, we changed the price to $79.99 because shipping calculates usually $6-7 for shipping, so actual shipping would be roughly the same between the two items.

Originally, the 50% off was at $75 + shipping. We've gone ahead and held that price for another few days while we sort out the glitch on our end. We've already shipped a bunch of these, so don't be shy, feel free to take advantage of this.

tetu 11-11-2010 02:28 PM

What is the difference between ICE Lite and LCI H8 HID with Resistor Pack Angel Eyes Upgrade: $199 ?
Thanks.

How easy/difficult is the install on LCI E60? Do the headlights need to be removed for the install?

umnitza 11-11-2010 09:24 PM

for LCI, you do not need to remove the headlights.

And we've kept the price the same.

We just introduced a NEW product that is going to be great for your fog lights on Facebook.

umnitza 12-20-2010 09:14 PM

CONSUMER ANNOUNCEMENT:
Many years ago, we created a modified CCFL product from a company called Mycarr, and marketed it as our own - Predator Chromium - with Chrome backing, upgraded CCFL rings, and added a wiring harness.

CCFL is long gone as a preferred choice for angel eyes, pushed out by all LED applications.

Today, 4 different companies make our LED products (no eggs in one basket).
One of those companies happens to be the same company that makes a product for another company. Recently, we were able to begin selling this product under the ICE Lite name, but it's the same exact product as the others - minus the fancy shmancy box. If we want to raise the price of this product to $100 or more, we can pay for a fancy shmancy box.

The reason we bring up the Mycarr example, is that these days, people don't have the ability to make significant modifications to the products and have to resort to basic repackaging. The fact is, no one will spend the time to duplicate or knock off these products when they can be directly purchased from the company that makes them and they are already good enough to not make any additional changes to them.

Rest assured, that outside of a fancy shmancy box, you are getting:
a) Exact same product with exact same lighting - if anyone wants to email us for more information and make a call to this company or see private emails, we can show those detailing this. Further, just look at the photos of the product we have on our site and those posted by our customers.

b) It's the exact same quality and warranty.

c) It's just less expensive.

d) We freely admit that this product is better output than our own ICE V3 product in the E39/E60 and LCI applications. We offer a lifetime warranty with the ICE V3, but currently only offer a 1 year warranty with this product, that will change as we have more than 200 in the field for more than 1 year.

Thank you for looking, reading, and most importantly enjoying your ICE Lite products.

yes, the little tools are FREE with the E90 kit.

For your car, the ICE lite will be dimmer than the Genesis product lines.

Perfect--I have the Genesis ICE and will be putting them in this weekend--I will let you know.

mikeSSD 01-27-2011 09:09 PM

do you have any pictures with these installed on a LCI e60? These give no codes right?

umnitza 02-19-2011 11:16 AM

LCI is no codes only if you get the resistors, the resistors are out of stock until feb 24th.
