Full kit to paint is $350 + $90 extra for shipping a painted piece.
The kit price is $800 shipping (with shipping built into it).
So total out the door is $1240.

$1240 is a good price shipped for the entire kit painted! The kit only comes in the M5 (dual exhaust) variety, correct? What would pricing be for both the painted kit and umnitza dual exhaust? I would be putting it on an LCI 535i with non-PDC.

I think your numbers are close enough.
$30 per piece extra for shipping - $90
$300 for the paint of front and rear bumpers
$50 more for the sides
So $440 for paint and shipping/handling additional
$800 or $850 or $900 depending on the parts you choose for the complete kit.

1 week ago we began taking orders for painted parts.
Today, we begin to receive some of those parts back. Shown in this photo are:
E39 Front and Rear Bumpers - Sterling Grey
E60 Front Bumper - Carbon Metallic Black
E60 Side Skirts - Carbon Metallic Black
E36 Front Bumper - Avus Blau
not shown - 2 more E46 Mtech II Sedans, 2 E39 Fronts, and 1 more E60 rear (waiting for paint completion tomorrow).
