I just installed H&R coilovers on my e60 and the fronts are super low. Does anyone else have this problem with H&R coilovers? I have the fronts about 1/4 of the way down from the top and it's starting to tuck my 19"s. I've adjusted the fronts so many times because of the height.

so you dont want the tucked look?

raise them up higher then, it might be due to them settling down since they are new on your car

I have no problem with it being tucked. I was under the impression that at its highest setting the car will have a stock height. I can't even imagine what the car would look like 1/4 from the bottom or even the lowest setting

Wow, this is the first time I have read anything like this about coil-overs.
KW and Bilstein are highly recommended if any of you are looking for replacements.
H&R screwed up bad, thanks for the heads up!

That makes me feel better about my install of the coilovers. I thought I might have done something wrong. I don't mind the height it's at. I guess h&r should have made a taller spring for the fronts instead of using what looks like their race spring

I definitely wouldnt have any complaints! The front should be lower than the rear.. and I would love the front tucking..

I just went with the H&R Race springs and the drop is perfect.. even though I wouldn't mind going 1 inch lower. ... but then I gotta save some mullah for the coilovers... H&R makes the best quality products for the money.. I have gone with their springs many times before and have never regreted it. Once I am ready for coilovers, H&R will be my first choice.

+1. The same reason I switched to Sport Spring Kit from H&R coilover  .

See for me that's great news!
The question is for you guys can you tuck the rears likewise?!

**Edit.. Also how comfortable of a ride do these provide? Would you guys say tighter then the Sport Package?

They're definitely stiffer than stock sport suspension. You can tuck the rears but adjusting the coilover is the exact opposite of how the fronts are. You gotta set the perch near the bottom to tuck it. I think that's how coilovers should be.
