Throughout the 10 seasons of Top Gear, I have heard the "stig" has not always remained the same person. There was rumors a few years back that Mark Webber was "stig" for a short time.
In that video, dude has some long hair. You think you would have seen his hair coming out of the bottom of his helmet.
