So I got these service messages when the car starts up. It wasn't there before I did the CIC retrofit.

Also, I see these in the vehicle status...It doesn't say anything for what kind of Service it wants...Can anybody shed some light on this?

Although my car has 64000 miles. I already cleared the 60K mile service along time ago.

Also, while I was checking out the service resets, I ran into this with no number value underneath. What is this for?

Thanks for the help guys!

Okay, I guess the bottom pic is concerning the microfilter. However, I changed that out already and remember resetting it.??? I don't know why it doesn't show a value.

it is indeed for microfilter. Sometimes it is normal to get errors unless you let the car sit for a while. Did you do this with NCS? You did a complete encoding and then let the car sit for a while. Sometimes It takes up to 24 hours for coding to stick or for things to reset. I don't think it's necessarily 24 hours but I just usually do this stuff in the evening, go to sleep and when i wakeup it has fixed itself. Like the stupid time/date issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Strange the only thing I can think of is maybe Patryk forgot to code something? Yes that's for the micro filter I just changed mine 2k miles ago.

Patryk did the coding. What's strange is the messages showed up a couple of days after the coding session with Patryk. I remember I changed the microfilter a few months ago as well and managed to reset it for another 60K miles. For some reason that value is gone. Incidentally, going through the new vehicle service menus, I don't see the microfilter there. Just the blank triangle and empty "OK" thing. I hope to hear from Patryk soon.

That is strange, keep us posted as I'm going to be doing the CIC retrofit soon.

The CIC does not have the same service interval reminders as the old system. Have the programmer remove the micro filter service interval. This should correct the problem.

Even if it doesn't follow the same service reminder it shouldn't be blank should it?

Wow this is old! Yes. As I recall, a few days later Patryk went back in and did some "cleanup" for the service errors. I'm not familiar with coding so unfortunately I won't be able to give more info on that.
