Are Wheel spacers a safety compromise?

Want to hear the good, the bad, the noise, vibration, axle breaking.....from anyone running 10 - 20 mm on rear wheels for our cars.

I've been running H&R 15mm spacers each side on the front of my last summer set and swapped to the rear for my winter set and you don't notice a difference. Got mine from Trinity.

I've been running 12mm in rear and haven't noticed any difference.

I've been using 5mm and 12mm spacers for years and 20mm spacers last winter and never had a problem!

Antti,

Keep forgetting to ask you, on your rims, how did you get the ring on? Painted or vinyl sticker? Running back CSL right now bu my wife is nit digging the all black look so thinking of doing the ring and painted brake calipers to break it up a bit.
