Hi guys,
Currently having some issues with an Asian vendor, which does not seem to know the difference between an E60 (LCI and pre-LCI), and the E90 cluster, so it seems. As a result, their gauge faces (=overlays) for the E60 don't match my non-LCI cluster.
Can someone with an E60 LCI please post a picture of your instrument cluster? I'm especially interested in the RPM gauge...
TIA!
Armin

Check this thread. Mine is a diesel so redline is a bit lower than a gas powered car.

PS you can also always go on edmunds.com http://www.edmunds.com/bmw/ and select the car you want under the "research models". If you choose 5 series sedan (not just 5 series) then you can choose any year and see specifications and pictures from interior and exterior. Excellent site to research the changes that occurs between the years.
I also like this reference for differences between pre and LCI https://5series.net/information/2008...ed_Changes.pdf though not sure whether it goes in detail with the changes to the instrument cluster!

Thanks much, NavarroOne. I'll check out those links some more in detail when I get home...
Cheers,

In any event you've already gotten an excellent answer on this thread but if instruments are your current passion, you may enjoy the above thread.

My Ride: 530xi 2006 with nav and premium package
![Default](https://5series.net/forums/images/icons/icon1.gif)
I looking to relocate to Houston, TX. I have Canadian version 530xi 2006, and looking to see if I can convert (and/or) add MPH gauge on the speedometer faceplate? Rest I can change w/ iDrive without any problem.
Any suggestions?
