hello. my name is peter. i`m new to this forum. i hope some one can help me here. i have a 535D year 2005. i have a error code on my engine. it`s "code 4166 - DPF flow resistance too low" something with the particle filter. does someone have a idea what could be wrong. thanks peter

It seems like your DPF is clogged. It has happened to me also.

It seems like your DPF is clogged. It has happened to me also.

Yes, it works fine.
Washing the DPF is the least expensive method to start with, so if possible, I think you should try that.
If you don't have any other symptoms yet (than the error message), I think it's not so badly clogged, yet.
