Hi all, I am new to the forums, and am seeking some information that I seem to be struggling to find regarding fitment. I've done my searching, but every where I look seems everyone is running 19s or 20s. Whether it be 9.5 or 10", all too big for my taste. My preference is 18s. I have a 2008 528i RWD, on the stock 5 spoke 17s. No sport package. Stock suspension. I have my eye on some Avant Garde M359s, being 18x8.5 +15 front and rear. I am wondering if anyone has ran +15 offset specifically, as I am curious to what it looks like in regards to a flush fitment. I would like to avoid suspension work, fender rolling, etc. I am happy with how it sits, just want to fill the gap a little more, and not sacrifice comfort. Pictures would be helpful, as I am a visual learner. TIA!
The stock wheel offset for a 2008 BMW 528i is typically 20mm. This applies to both the 17-inch and 18-inch OEM wheels. Putting on wheels with a 15 mm offset will poke the wheel out less than a quarter inch. Unless you're really anal, I wouldn't worry about it.
