245/40-19 should clear the front w/ common xi/awd wheel offset.
The proper 19" to closely match the OEM 17" for xi/AWD is 245/35-19 front & 285/30-19 rear ... But OEM recommended by BMW is to use 275/30-19 for 19" on the rear ... as listed on realoem.com.
Why run 235/35-19 & 265/30-19 ? Those are for 3-series setup and yes use that on E60 and you may damage all kind of things from cracking the wheel to maybe windshield on small road imperfection to maybe the drivetrain (maybe not so much since the tire rotation f&r are the same) at least the wrong speed readout due to less sidewall.
On top of that with 235 & 265 you fender gap will be much more wider and makes it sit like a 4x4 truck even more.

+1, according to rolling diameter you should run 245/35/19 and 275/30/19. you may be fine with thicker sidewall sizes with the additional ride height of an XI (assuming you are not lowered) but the recommended sizes are good tire meat in our opinion.

Um, no...not really. But you will definitely make the turbochargers on a 530xi explode.
