Default Slapped on my new wheels =/

With the sale of my DPE's I bought some temporary 19's (F10 M5 reps) that I think look pretty good. They offered them in Hyper Black which I really wanted, but the offsets were incorrect and I'd have to run like 25mm spacers all the way around so I settled for Matte Gunmetal. AFAIK I think I'm the first e60 to roll on these. Hopefully in the near future I'll be stepping up my wheel game again. For now I'm content with these since I'll be doing a considerable amount of driving.

I'll be installing the appropriate size spacers in the front and rear within the next few days. Totally forgot I had a dramatic roll and pull to accommodate the DPE's. These look so puny compared to them.

You're correct, the F10 M5 wheels, or at least the ones you most often will see are the 5 spoke 167' esque style wheels which come in stock 20s I believe. I personally don't like those simply for the fact that they do in fact remind me too much of the 167's. I've liked the e90/92 stock 18's ever since I've seen them, but I could never bring myself to put 18's on my car especially since I'd have to run a spacer just to clear my BBK. When I saw that the "lower option" wheels for the f10 M5 was a 19' inspired m3 wheel I knew it was meant to be. Thanks for the compliment. I don't have an exact style number but a simple google search might get you there faster. I've attached an autoblog link below that might have the info =)

Thanks broski! I really wanted to get them in hyper black and I'm actually kinda already regretting not getting the fronts in a 9.5 as well just so the concavity would be just as sharp in the front as it is in the back. I totally didn't even realize that my DPE's were 9.5 in the front and 11 in the back so the 9.5 would have definitely cleared.

I tried doing a search but I didn't get a real solid answer. Does anyone know if it would be detrimental in any way to the car if I were to run a non staggered setup on the RWD e60? I mean I was running stretched tires on my last setup so I don't see how it could have been any different??. Oh well. Too late now.

I have heard quite a few people running 8.5 square setup on a RWD E60 with no problem, haven't seen anyone running 9.5 all around. I don't think it would be a problem if the offsets were correct.

looks good +1. similar setup to what I put on my past E60, with spacers on the front I put the 18" stock wheel off my E92 M3 which is a similar looking 10 spoke-split.

Yea I think I remember that Weezy. Were they the neon orange ones Joe used for his track setup? I remember liking how they looked

So I figured I was gunna complain forever until I did something about it and ended up buying wider fronts. Lol. Anybody need a 19inch spare or two? I'm gunna post them in the classifieds for cheap
