Default Removing wheel

I feel so stupid having to ask this, but how do I remove the pass. rear wheel? I took out all five lug bolts but I can’t get it to release from the hub. I shook it, I kicked it, I lowered it down off the jack to put pressure on the wheel but it is stuck. New tires were put on in Dec. so it has come off in the past and now I have run over a nail causing a leak but I can’ t get the wheel to release to get it repaired.

What am I missing? Do I have to remove the center roundel for a secret nut?

Wheel is probably just frozen to the hub.

Lower the jack very quickly and the wheel should pop off. When you go to put the wheel back on the car then coat the rotor "hat" with anti- seize compound.
