With the M5 tire sizes, the back wheels might be ok, but the front will definitely be rubbing. I would suggest to change both to the recommended sizes of 245/35/19 and 275/30/19.

A friend of mine who owns a tire & wheel place offered me a set of used OEM M5 wheels to put on my 525i. Is there anything I would have to do regarding the computer ex: error codes or anything of that matter? And any opinions on the Hancook evo v12 tires? That's what I was planning on using.

Yup go with 245/35/19 and 275/30/19. I had the #166 rims on my 545 and I went with 245/35/19 and 275/30/19.
Under hard compression the rears will rub too if you go with standard M5 tire size. Front will rub when your suspension is under compression or close to full lock turning the wheel.
