Do these tyre pressures seem odd?
I have a 530D with the original 18 inch double spoke rims with run flats 245 40 R18 up front and 255 40 R18 at the rear.
According to the little sticker in by the drivers door I should be running 2.1 bar (30psi) and 2.8 bar (40psi) respectively. Seems a massive difference to me, is this right?

My E60 535i RWD:
Front: 35 psi 245/40R18
Rear: 42 psi 245/40R18
Over 100 mph: 42 / 49 psi.
It handles well on the street in the dry and wet on Michelin Pilot Super Sport.

i have an 07 530xi wagon with 17" run flats as the stock tire. i dont remember the specs off hand from my door sticker, but my recollection is that the pressures are similar to what you have mentioned.
