New Virues here. I keep getting infected. Will clean my system again and not be back for a while.

Yeah......Norton IS 2006 just warned me of a trojan horse when I tried to open the forums section. It was about 30 minutes ago which would have been 10:35 AM Pacific time (1:35 PM Eastern).

Norton took care of it, so no problems so far.

Keep in mind that if these trojans are the same ones that were coming down last Friday, I'm pretty sure they are harmless if your Windows machine is patched and up to date. If you're patched, the files just sit on your drive but can't do any damage.

The anti-virus software picks them up because they are present but there is nothing bad happening...

Again, it's better to be safe than sorry with this sort of thing but if you read what these trojans do, I think you'll see that they are harmless -- as long as you keep your machine patched!
