Could we please have the ability to subscribe to a thread and it be made available in our control panel without the thread disappearing after no replies for 5 days?

case in point: I subscribed to a number of 'how-to' threads that haven't been replied to in a number of months and since noone has "replied to the topic in 5 days" it automatically disappears from my subscribed list. Which therefore requires me to do some extensive searching in order to find the thread again.
