Maybe the pic is too big.
There's a limit.
If so, resize it.
Or it is an invalid format? But I guess it is .jpg or .gif or .bmp so it must be the size causing the trouble.

the file is about 500 kb, is that too big?
the type is JPEG image.
I posted a picture before. but I can't do it now.

This is a pic I took in HI and it is 638 KB on my HDD. The upload was flawless.
I move this over to the site comments forum so that others will chime in on the problem.
