Help!
For the last few days, I've had a strange problem trying to use e60.net. Any time I open a topic or look at recent posts, I see one message in full and the rest are shown with just the header. What's up with this? Did I change a setting accidently? I can't find anything to change it back

There is a box on the top right (just above your post) labeled "Options".

Click on it and select the Display Mode: "Switch to Standard", and everything is back to normal.

Thanks, that works. Did the default change or did I just somehow accidently change it to outline?

Nothing changed, so you changed it accidentally.



I had this happen once and checked what exactly had happened. The problem was a link to another post in our forum. This link was opening a post in the outline display mode, probably because the poster was using this mode. Once you're on this mode, it is set...

Something like that had probably happened to you too.

In addition to Iceman's explanation, I've also found that this problem usually occurs after using the Google search box at the top of the page. It seems that Google often indexes pages in outline mode so if you are searching and you click one of the links that Google saved in that format, the board software will change your default to that mode until you change it back...
