I find myself referencing old PM's often, but when you have over 20 pages of old messages... it's a pain in the ass to search through them all.
What I usually do is sort by sender name and then advance through the list alphabetically, page by page. This is a tedious task and would be resolved through some sort of a search engine.
Is this possible to enable search functionality in the IP.Board software or as plug-in?
Oh how the search functionality in Gmail has spoiled me.

Wow you have a lot of friends...
But ya... I wondered that myself... its sometimes hard to find a PM when its 16 pages deep

I've gotten around this issue by downloading the PMs to your local PC and then letting windows search stuff for me.

Hmmm.... interesting Bruce. I never noticed that you could download your PM's through the archive function. Do you compile the data as an Excel file or HTML?
