I started this new thing - the Rippetoe's Starting Strength this week - I CANNOT WALK, BRO! After 2.5 mos of circuits, this is becoming really real, really fast. But I feel it - even though at first glance its like a very simple program. Too simple, actually - or so I thought before I lost my ability to freely move my limbs this Tuesday.
