What is this? 
*What I circled in red* I hate this... I cant read all the posts at once by scrolling up and down... The layout sucks... what did I change ? I went through all my options under my control panel and cant get it changed back to the way it was...

PLEASE PUT IT BACK TO THE OLD WAY.

I agree about the whole thing. I dislike this post setup as well. I wasn't going to say anything because I thought I was the minority. Oh well, hopefully it gets changed back.

I just hate having to go and click on each post to see what someone said. Especially when there are 20 post, and they all replied to the original post. GRRRRR

It seems to be all fixed if you change your FORUM options to STANDARD not OUTLINE.
Someone was messin' with the controls and defaults.

Well -- nothing was changed here at all. There's not even a global setting for display mode. My settings have remained OK. That's all just too wierd so I'll ask the IPB folks about this just to make sure everyone is using the "Standard" display mode. I think this is a setting stored on each of your computers as a cookie and not a server setting here. I'll check into it...
To change your settings, as previously mentioned, while reading any thread, click on the Options button in the upper right then click on the Standard Display Mode.
