Hi Guys,

I've contacted those guys several months ago and they want $4000 for F10.NET which is way too much for me. I bought E60.NET for I believe $600 many years ago now. I plan to keep trying to get them under $1000 at which point I would consider buying the domain. In the meantime I registered f10forums.com & f10forum.com last summer and registered f10info.net last month. For those who didn't know the forums here are directly accessible via www.e60forums.com although the main official url is forums.e60.net.

In terms of when the new sites will go live -- time will tell. Most likely we'll start a F10 sub-forum here and then depending on how active the F10 chatter is, at some point we'll make f10info.net & the new forums there live. The forums here will not change at all and the new F10 forums will require a new registration. I thought of copying all users from here to there but decided against it.

Those are my thoughts for now.

Mark

f10forum.com
F10Forum.com sounds good.

The best thing with a bit off domain is that not every japkoreanvwford-dude will get it

Now, somebody better contact BMW and tell them to make the little rear windows (those enclosed by the Hoffmeister Kink) a little bit larger so the new clings will fit.

So, when should we start the F10 Forum? The M5board already has an F10 Forum.

There was more news (musings) about the next gen 6er today on Leftlane News. Coolest item is the HP upgrade for the 550/650 to 408HP! Is that a twin-turbo 4.4L?
