how to post video clips that larger than 2mb?

my files are smaller than 5mb but can you change the time limit longer than 120 sec? i think that might be the problem i'm having . thanks again .

After you click add this attachment, does it just sit there for so long then eventually time out or just error right away when you click?

it just sits there for a few minutes and seems like it's uploading the file. but after it's "completed", the file is not there .

my computer is ok but the friggin cable company is always on island mode .
