Upload the image on an image hosting site, such as Photobucket. Then grab the "Image Tag" and insert it in your signature. Save the sig and the image should appear.

For me I have my pics hosted on Image Shack http://www.imageshack.us/ (free site). I upload the pic I want on Image Shack and it provides the .jpg as a URL. For example: http://img513.imageshack.us/img513/4127/bmwrino3.jpg
Then when you select Insert Image in your Signature Control panel, you paste the URL and it will be surronded by [ img ] and [ /img ] for the image to appear. It's the same way you would insert a picture in a thread....hope this helps.
