How can I put a picture under my Nickname..

I tried to look everywhere and couldn't find the link to put a picture under my nickname.
anybody has any idea?
I'm sure most of the members know how to do it.

It's called an "avatar" and you can find the command "edit avatar settings" after clicking on "my controls" at the top of each page...
