HAHAHA! I noticed this yesterday as I was trying to update the SLO meet thread. Sent a PM to Das and Lomag yesterday but haven't heard back. I'm wondering if they put a timer on it now so you can't edit after a certain time has passed. That's how it is on the M5board.

This feature use to be reserved for senior members ( > 1000 posts). Why was it suddenly changed?

There was always a 60 minute edit timer for posts from the original time of posting that applied to all members except senior members & contributing members. I was browsing the forums the other day in more detail and noticed some blanked out posts, obviously a question asked or something else posted, and answered, then the original poster blanked out the original post. I don't like to see that happening so I made everyone equal with the 60 minute timer. I believe there's a similiar edit timer that's standard which all forums use. I don't think posts should normally be edited except probably meet&greet type posts in order to update the date/time/location, otherwise I don't see why a post would need to be edited after 60 min?

Also, the Bob Marley thread needs occasional updating because the links sometimes fail and need changing.

I hear you, but there are a few threads that we have fun with, in which I make adjustments to the Topic Title &/or Topic Description. They are now frozen with incorrect info.
