Thanks for all the hard work Lomag! As far as the new features, certainly the multiple images ought to cut down on Icemans post count!

More seriously, I think the "QUOTE +" button will come in handy. Not sure how useful "ignore" will be. It seems we have a natural troll shield already doing it's magic...

 

I'm betting that data was reset when the upgrade occured. It shows yesterday for you but today for us over here -- the day of the upgrade.

 

Anybody try the "lo-fi" version of the site on a wap enabled device or something pocket/palm/treo'd yet?

Sorry for not replying sooner to this thread.

First Rudy if you're reading this site on a Palm you must be at a really boring meeting!

Next Iceman I've fixed those global stats. They changed around a few tables and apparently didn't merge certain things properly in the mysql db. No sweat.

Finally there's a whole bunch of new options and options which have changed on both the user side and admin side which we need to learn about. That shouldn't take too long!

sorry if this sounds silly for someone...but what is that "+ quote" button for? i clicked on it and it turned to "- quote" but doesn't take me to anywhere .

 

You can press the "Quote +" button to flag a post as "to be quoted".

You can flag more than one post in a thread.

Once you're done flagging, press the "add reply" button at the end of the thread and all flagged posts are quoted for you!

Get it?

 

Upgrades are good. I'm afraid to try the low-fi version. If I can get this on my Palm I'm in big trouble.
