Leadership is recognizing a problem and addressing it before it becomes an emergency. Kudos to psychiatrists Dr. Rudy and Dr. Das for their insight and wisdom engaging the Bullies and the Membership in a civil dialog about unacceptable behavior and enabling the 99% of the Good members of this awesome site to feel comfortable declaring their disapproval of the Bullies' destructive behavior when they see it.

The end of the rude, judgmental self-aggrandizing self appointed Police, running roughshod over the Membership, is in sight. This Board is now moving upward to the next level.

The Bullies of the Board are dissolving - reminiscent of the line from the "Land of Oz" - spoken by the Wicked Witch of the West: "Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!! You cursed brat! Look what you've done!! I'm melting, melting. ..."

Oh, how naive... all that is happening is a shift of power and one day every single one of us will undoubtedly fall under an axe of the hungry incumbent. But I digress. My point was going to be that the Germans mobilized against the Jews due to a perceived threat as well - you should really "smell things before biting into them". Oh, and if you consider this post bullying, I apologize - it was not my intention at all. Bullying and presenting an opposing point of view are hardly the same thing. And calling someone a "bully" for presenting a valid argument is a Gestapo tactic... no wonder so much "self-appointed Police" is roaming the forum, then.

Frank, what kind of bait were you using? Based on it's success, we may need to create a special forum and use it as chum to keep them from "circling" over in the other, more normal forums...

My lil'one watches it, and as Krozi mentioned, there are subtle
innuendos which are enjoyable to adults. So yes, I have to admit
-- I watch it at times
