If this is no joke I hope they at least read carefully and do something about our complains !!! Wow, they actualy respond to some posts here.

I have had a personal message from them on here in my earlier days (I'm pretty sure...

It was regarding my Bluetooth issue.

I'm glad to see that they take an interest. Of course, since this isn't an officially sanctioned BMW site, I wouldn't expect them to be active in every thread or issue.

I don't remember the specifics, but I've seen several of their posts in the past. Its good that they tune in to hear what people are saying.
