I also would like to add that I see no point in either "faked" or acutal cursing. What is the point? It's not offensive, but just classless IMO.

yep, this just shows that having enough money to buy a BMW does not necessarily mean being smart or classy....

The problem is, Banker, that if you actually own an e60, like a bunch of Roadfly folks don't, and you post a question about a legitimate e60 fault, then you get your ass flamed by a bunch of folks who think Chris Bangle hung the moon. News Flash: I like my 545 and I'd like to have a discussion about it. However, it's not perfect and everyone knows it. This forum is getting like Roadfly in reverse.

I don't get it. I have not noticed what I think you are saying. How about a specific example? I would like to try to understand your point.

Thank you all for your input to this thread and its great to see that just about everyone is in some fashion agreeing that we have a great board here and would like to keep it that way. I certainly do not think that we all have to agree on everything but when we do disagree I think we as grown men and women can do so with a level of respect that does not belittle other members. For members who havent seen a bit of bad element creeping into some posts, go back and take a gander through some of the posts over the past recent months and you will see what I am referring to.

Again, thank you all for your positive responses and lets keep educating each other about our awesome rides.

I visit this forum daily to learn about my new addiction and lately to get a good laugh from IrishEyes, Iceman, alohalc and many others. I have read many threads for several months prior to becoming a member and have always enjoyed most discussions. I totally agree with you bankerboyz...In the past couple of months it does feel like some discussions were getting out of line. It is a shame and I hope that we all learn something from the comments mentioned in this thread. Lets not forget Lomag and das who put so much hard work and dedication to this forum to make this place so awesome
Thanks bankerboyz for bringing this matter to our attention.
