Exclamation E61 3rd brake light issues and no radio

I was hoping that someone could help me since can't seem to find reliable info on this topic.

I replaced the looms in the trunk pretty recently and immediately had issues with the radio, trunk glass switch and third brake light. Radio won't connect to any stations, trunk glass wont open with the switch on the handle and third brake light won't turn on. I'm assuming the issue is due to me wiring the components wrong. The problem is I can't remember how the components are supposed to be wired and can't find any pics to help. I tried looking at diagrams online but they are very complicated and there are 3 brown wires that are same. I know that the browns are ground but when having similar issues with the other looms and was able to fix them by switching ground wires between components. It is possible that I wired the other wires wrong, but I know that the brake light wires go through the A3 component near the right trunk speaker, so I at least have the green/black power wire correct. Issue is only present in the components wired with the radio/antenna/third brake light loom! I also had issues with the remote function on the key-fob not working, but fixed by changing wires basically blind; this did not however help with the other issues.

Does anybody have info on how to wire the loom and could another problem be causing this issue? Any help is appreciated!!
