E60 kidney grills,no bolts removed took 10 mins
Sorry if this has been posted before, every thread/video I've seen requires removing the top 5 bolts and putting your hand behind the bumper to remove the grills or remove the bumper altogether.
All i did was remove the weather strip along the top of the slam panel(just pops out) then you can remove the top 3 clips, the rest I used a a large hex/allen key to remove the remaining clips through the slats in the grill.
the 2nd grill just do the top 3 the same and the rest just put your hand through the hole where the first grill was.
took about 5 minutes once I found a allen key.
If your unsure where the clips are located just look at your new grill
Just put gloss black grills on a carbon black e60 just wish the colour had less blue.

what would you guys think about a black 525i with gold n black emblems, black interior, & then I was going to plastic dip[or whatever that palpable paint is called] my front grills a gold color as well as maybe even wrap some of inferior in gold to match?
