I'm parting with my Msport steering wheel from my Sep 2007 BMW 535d with sportspackage. It is in great condition though there is a small scoff mark just to the left of six o'clock. I haven't noticed that until I took the steering wheel off and took this picture. I haven't cleaned or buffed the wheel so you can no doubt get it to look even sharper. It's a great wheel to hold; nice and thick and it just feels right in the hands!

I have replaced it with an identical wheel for one reason only; I installed the sports automatic gearbox myself including the shift paddles by the steering wheel and that required a changeover of steering wheel as the other one has cutouts in the back to fit the paddles but otherwise it's the same and from the drivers seat there is no difference what so ever.

Please note this steering wheel will only fit on an LCI model; not the earlier ones.

I am selling the steering wheel only; buttons, trim and airbag are not included. Please note that you can get steering wheels customized for lane departure warning as well as heated steering wheels; this one does not have those features.

For price comparison, I checked realoem.com and there, part number 32342283939 cost usd 496 + S&H. I don't know whether that is for a complete assembly but I believe it is the steeringwheel only as price is congruous with what I paid for my replacement steering wheel without trim and addons.


Shipping:

Dimensions are 18"x18"x6" and weight is 5.7 lbs. In the metric system that's 45x45x15cm with weight of 2.6 kg.

Shipping cost to USA is approx usd 60 for 8-9 day mail service and EUR 37 within Europe.

Oups, I understand it will fit cars manufactured after 07/2005 so not restricted to LCI

So this wouldn't fit on a 04 at all? My sterring wheel is pretty messed up, so I'd like to replace it, I currently have non sport though

Sorry, the back of the wheel is different from what you'll need. I recall having read that someone on this forum pressed ahead and got it to work anyhow but you'll have to search for that thread yourself. Maybe ANZAFIN can point in the right direction?
