Yes. Picked mine up on eBay (beware of nonOEM ones) and got them installed for $100 at a local shop. Working great.

Don't understand the question. Without WHAT? The TPM sensors attach to the rims and substitute for the valve stems.

So fitting tpms sensors on 2006 rims that weren't originally equipped with them won't be a problem?

Whats a good source? My stock ones now reside in my 20s, and I want to get another set for my stock wheels when I put them back on in a few months (winter).
