I currently have a stock 2008 535xi for which I would like to purchase a set of wheels in 18+ with tires. Not looking to spend 3k+.

Thanks for the reference. I had thought that xi requires at least ET32, so these might be a bit borderline for me.
Also, I need to mention that I prefer multi-spoke designs vs. open wheels.
