Actually, if I read correctly, the 6.1 is cheaper than 6 if both are brand new.
I don't get why people don't just buy the "kit: that TheRacerBoss has made instead. I think he was just selling them for $50 or so (though I have never seen it in person).

Well because it isn't.
More messing around than I care to do with these lights to be honest.
It would be awesome if he would just release the info for all to know but then no one would profit.
Egh.
And I think currently the v6.1's are cheaper than the v6 because he is running a special.
Which is what I am trying to get into and selling mine for cheap.

Yes, I love the LCI tails! Makes such a drastic improvement IMO. I am very interested in the cables. Send me a pm and we can work it out if they are still available. Thanks.

Main reason I didn't is because it didn't seem as cut and dry as this.

Yeah I'd be very scared to mess with the wiring if you are not familiar, like I am. If I mess them up I will be out more money. Bruces cables for the brake effect are a great option. It works out as I have never had cables, so I get the added brake effect

My Ride: 2007 550i Silver A08. CF Kidney Grills, Vossen CV1's 20x9, 20x10.5, wrapped with Hankook Evo's, RPI exhaust, ACS trunk spoiler, K&N Filter, CF Front Splitter, Updated Lighting interior and out (HID's and LED's), rear LCI Conversion w/V6.1 cables (Ricky Effect).
BTW its not $150 US Dollars, it's 150 pounds which translates to $245 US Dollars.
And I just purchased his new set of V6.1 version boxes and am selling my V6 for a $245 or Best Offer.
Sorry not trying to jack the thread.
Feel free to PM me if you are interested.
Thanks.

No, he's selling used v6 cables for the current and LIMITED TIME intro price of the v6.1 cables. About a month and a half ago I sold a pair of v5 cables for $200. So I think this is a fair price for these.

Actually I am in america and I deal in dollars.
So it is $150 plus shipping for v6.
The price is more than fair.
Not looking to gain from this just want to move on to a new style I prefer and do not mind paying a bit more for.
Even then $245 is not bad either.
Only draw back from mine is that I would prefer to be paid first than I buy the v6.1's and after I receive them I send the v6 to the buyer of them
Can't drive the car without brake lights and do not want the money sitting in my paypal account.
Guess it depends if you trust enough.
PM sent!
