My Ride: 04' 545i Blk/Blk 6-speed
I'm looking to buy a Dension product of some sort, it looks like the Gateway 500 is the best option for an 04 545i with navi. I'm looking to have bluetooth and control music through the steering wheel, so if you have something close, I'm interested.

Yes, the Dension GW 500 is perfect for our car and many have it installed and love it. I have been looking for one as well, though I might just wait for the new Dension product to come out. Good luck with your search.
