For US car, pre-LCI non-M does not have folding function on their VO.
You can find out all options on your car by looking at original sticker or providing dealer your keyfob and they'll give you a list of options on your car.

Also if you have RHD cars, or any other Trim colour don't bother with this cause you cannot only buy the Trim piece. The whole part is sold as a complete unit only.
