I just noticed that there are 2 Sprint Booster's up for grabs that just posted in the last few hours. Did I miss something? I found a great deal on a brand new one ($243 shipped) so I ordered it just the other day based on most of the positive results on here. Did I miss the "after further review the Sprint Boster sucks" thread? or are there just 2 guys that didn't like theirs? Is every one still happy with theirs? Thanks!

 

some might be parting out their car to sell it or lease expiring? not sure why, i assume everyone still has it installed...?

 

those that I know have it installed, swear by them (and they aren't coming out of their ride anytime soon).

 

yeah and i believe eurorev still has a slightly used one thats still up for grabs. but still i know a lot of people that have them on their cars and wont take them out period.

 

i still have the one sonic let me borrowed, and i love it.

WHAT EXACTLY DOES THE SPRINT BOOSTER DO?

 

It basically takes away the lag in the car to accelerate. Simply put, you press a little bit, the car thinks, you're pressing a lot. I LOVE MINE!! I was actually one of the first few that got the sprint booster, first on my 525i, with stock wheels, it was too jerky, but with these 20" now, I need them!! So I really recommend sprint booster. You will love it. BTW, I'd grab one while you can, in Thailand, its hard to find now.

 

how hard is it to install?

 

only takes like 5 minutes. just a matter of removing the accelerator, connecting the sprintbooster, and placing the accelerator back into position. there's only one screw holding the accelerator down, then it just slides off.
