I have both the 2004-1 and 2004-2 "Bmw Road Map Europe Business" with TMC and got them using eMule.
Be careful to chose the right file to download because you will find many versions and just some will work on the E60.

That's the file I have.
After downloading you just have to un-rar it and burn it using Nero 6.
I could only find a DVD box cover for the 2004-1 High version so I edited it so that it looked like the 2004-2 Business version. Here it is.
