My friend is selling his Encore Full Titanium exhaust and stainless steel piping, with 6000 miles on it for $2200 OBO, he got them for $3000 earlier this year. X pipe is also for sale but I need to get pricing and picture from him. Anyway, parts at the shop, we can arrange a time to check them out if anyone interest. Thanks!

This one came off from a late 2008 model M3 sedan, I asked my friend but he's can't confirm on that. Let me know call the shop see if anyone knowledgeable enough to answer the question. I will let you know.
