Just found it while cleaning out a bedroom drawer.
I used it for under a year in my 08 535xi. I can't remember what I paid or what it's worth, but I believe it was around $150 give or take (someone correct me if I'm wrong)

So there is no confusion, here is a picture of what it is I have for sale. It is the plug which connects underneath the middle console. You must already have a plug for it installed. It is an option that i had straight from the factory. A $250 upgrade I believe. This is a picture I found on the internet. I don't have the manuals or packaging like this one. But it is in MINT condition, you can't tell its been used. i paid $130 taxes in. price is $100 shipped.

so you are selling a 6fl cable....rocky you Noob 
not sure about pre-LCI e60's, but for sure this will work for LCI e60's..they just need to have their ipod/usb option enabled...
