Doing this as a favor for a neighbor.

My neighbor is looking to trade his matte black 124's for a set of good condition 124's with the factory colored finish. Here are a few photos that he shared with me so you can get an idea for the finish/quality of these wheels:

maybe but I need to know where they were finished because those photos don't show much at all except they look like there was minor bumps and abrasions prior to being made black. these aren't worth as much anymore as oem because you can never get these back to oem so maybe I could buy them and he gets himself a new pretty set? I'm ideally looking for a 3rd set.
