Anyone have a couple of nice used 245/40/18 tires you wanna get rid of in Brooklyn (or anywhere in or around NYC area - I'll come to you, if necessary), shoot me a PM ASAP.

Prefer no patches and obviously don't want any crap. Thought maybe someone's got some laying around collecting dust - I might take them of your hands for a decent price. Cash on pick up, no BS - people on these boards know me, ask, search.

I have a driving event on Saturday and need them urgently - I'll most likely have this issue handled and closed by Thursday afternoon, so if you have "rubber to unload", here is your chance.

PS I HAVE searched classifieds and craigslist and did see one or two deals I liked already, but I figured maybe some of the members on here might have a pair of good tires and wanna see if we can make a deal - the floodgates are open, let the offers poor in BTW if you have pics... if you're on this forum, you know the deal, I'm sure

Mods/Admins, is there any chance you could edit the title of this thread to add "WTB 245/40/18" in the beginning, before "Tires in Brooklyn..."? I missed the window of opportunity to edit myself - sorry

Got it taken care of - sorry I didn't post earlier - was busy.

All it turned out to be was a bad balancing weight - it scratched the sealant off a little and the tire lost some pressure because of it. Had it re-sealed and re-balanced - good as ... errr... almost new
