Take Over My Lease - 2005 545i SMG

My Ride: '05 545i - scheduled for ED pickup in Munich on 7/22!
Hey guys,
I'm relocating overseas for work and must get out of my lease.
I've been on this forum for many years and I'm a little sad that I will soon be E60-less.
Terms:
You would take over for the remaining 6 months from January '08 until July '08. Payments are $669 per month including tax.
You would be charged a $450 lease transfer fee from BMW, but I have a $550 security deposit that would be your's at the end of the lease.
The car currently has less than 23k miles and you are allowed 30k for the lease, so you would have approximately 7k miles for the remaining 6 months.

Silver Grey exterior
Auburn interior
Anthracite Maple Wood interior trim
SMG transmission
Sport Package
NAV
Logic7
Sirius Sat Radio

I know two friends that just relocated there this past month for work.

Great car in great condition. I know Rich and I know he takes very good care of his car. This is a super deal for those looking for a 545 in SMG (a rare find these days!).
